- Eligibility for Return: You may return your OLIWASH liquid detergent within 7 days of purchase if you have used only one capful (40g) out of the 1kg bottle.
- Condition for Return: The bottle must be returned in its original condition. We will not accept returns if:
- The bottle is tampered with, broken, or damaged.
- The liquid detergent has been mixed or diluted with water or any other liquids to make it appear as 1kg again.

Non-Returnable Items

- Purchases with Offers: Liquid detergent purchased during promotional offers or sales are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Refund Policy

- Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product and inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund.
